Q: What is the process for roll off dumpster rental?
A: Rentals are good for 20 days. Payment is required up front and drop-off is scheduled. Pick-up is automatically scheduled for 20 days after drop-off.
Q: What can I put in my roll off dumpster rental?
A: Much of that depends on the size of the dumpster, but our 20, 30, and 40 yard dumpsters can be used for anything from cleaning out your house, demolition, remodeling, construction, yard debris tree limbs, furniture, appliances, and more!
Q: Is there anything that will cause my dumpster rental to cost extra?
A: Yes. If our dumpster is damaged, a charge will be incurred.
Also, over filling the dumpster will result in extra charges. Our trucks and trailers are designed with specific weight limitations and there are laws in place by the Texas Department of Transportation that regulate the size and weight of all cargo.
Q: Is there anything I cannot put into a rental dumpster?
A: We ask that you don't put anything hazardous, corrosive, explosive, or flammable into the dumpsters as well as any pressurized cylinders.
Q: Can I extend my dumpster rental past 20 days?
A: Yes. Additional rental days can be paid for at a rate of $10/day, or longer for $200/month. That is with no removal or disposal of the original container.
Q: What if I don't need a dumpster rental for a full 20 days? Is it cheaper?
A: No. Our fees are calculated to save you the most money at a flat rate. The rental period is not obligatory with the exception of exceeding 20 days.
Q: I've never recycled scrap metal. How does it work?
A: When you enter the yard, you will see our scale directly ahead. Pull onto it and stop. Please remain in your vehicle. Once your vehicle is weighed, you will be notified. You can then proceed to the back of the yard, where the material will be unloaded from your vehicle. Once empty, return to the scale and repeat the weighing process. After your second weighing, you can park in one of the spots in front of the building, enter the office, and receive your payment.
